The agreement aims to foster comprehensive and tangible strategic collaboration on legal matters. The signing ceremony took place on May 27, 2025, at the Grand Central Building in Seoul, South Korea, with Mr. Kudun Sukhumananda, Managing Partner of Kudun and Partners, and Mr. Haeng Gyu Lee, Managing Partner of Jipyong LLC, representing their firms, and witnessed by delegates from both parties.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-columns alignwide is-layout-flex wp-container-6 wp-block-columns-is-layout-flex\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-column is-layout-flow wp-block-column-is-layout-flow\">\n<p class=\"has-text-align-left has-text-color\" style=\"color:#777777;font-size:16px\">This MOU marks a significant milestone for regional legal cooperation, as both law firms will act as mutual legal partners in their respective jurisdictions.
