KH Academy is advancing the core mission of \u201cKaohoon Turakij\u201d by hosting a complimentary legal seminar aimed at empowering Thai investors and the broader public with essential knowledge on corporate law.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

Continuing its commitment to social responsibility and elevating the quality of Thai society, KH Legal Aid\u2019s upcoming session, titled \u201cUnderstanding Corporate Law: Empowering Investor Confidence,\u201d will take place on Saturday, July 19, 2025, from 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the KH Academy Ratchathewi Campus, near BTS Ratchathewi.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

The initiative is part of KH Academy\u2019s broader mission to provide accessible legal education, helping individuals better understand their rights and responsibilities and reduce the risk of legal missteps. This seminar will specifically address the duties of listed companies and clarify the rights and roles of shareholders, equipping participants\u2014especially investors\u2014with the tools they need to make more informed decisions in the capital market.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

The session will be led by esteemed legal expert Wuttichai Phumsanguan, a public prosecutor at Thailand\u2019s Office of the Attorney General. The event is open to all and free of charge.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n
