KH Academy<\/strong> continues its commitment to social responsibility, having launched \u2018KH Legal Aid\u2019<\/strong>\u2014an initiative offering free public seminars designed to deepen legal literacy and promote a safer society. The program serves as an extension of Kaohoon Turakij\u2019s<\/strong> ongoing efforts to support and elevate the standards of Thai society.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

This November, KH Legal Aid will focus on the topic \u2018Don\u2019t Get Duped: Outsmart Investment Scams Before They Happen,\u2019<\/strong> aiming to equip participants with practical knowledge to avoid investment scams.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

The session will be led by Mr. Wuttichai Phumsanguan, Provincial Public Prosecutor attached to the Office of the Attorney General.<\/strong> He will provide an in-depth overview of Thailand\u2019s Securities and Exchange Act, highlight common investment fraud tactics, and explain the legal rights and protections available to investors\u2014as well as the official channels for reporting suspected scams.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

The seminar is scheduled for Saturday, November 1, 2025, from 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM at KH Academy\u2019s Ratchathewi Campus, near BTS Ratchathewi.
