KH Legal Aid Tackles ‘Corporate Law’ to Guide Investors on Rights and Responsibilities

KH Academy is advancing the core mission of “Kaohoon Turakij” by hosting a complimentary legal seminar aimed at empowering Thai investors and the broader public with essential knowledge on corporate law.

Continuing its commitment to social responsibility and elevating the quality of Thai society, KH Legal Aid’s upcoming session, titled “Understanding Corporate Law: Empowering Investor Confidence,” will take place on Saturday, July 19, 2025, from 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the KH Academy Ratchathewi Campus, near BTS Ratchathewi.

The initiative is part of KH Academy’s broader mission to provide accessible legal education, helping individuals better understand their rights and responsibilities and reduce the risk of legal missteps. This seminar will specifically address the duties of listed companies and clarify the rights and roles of shareholders, equipping participants—especially investors—with the tools they need to make more informed decisions in the capital market.

The session will be led by esteemed legal expert Wuttichai Phumsanguan, a public prosecutor at Thailand’s Office of the Attorney General. The event is open to all and free of charge.
